Sales Coordinator/Inside Sales Representative

Do you have that very special personality – being social and extrovert – comfortable at proactively making many outgoing calls – while working in a meticulous and systematic manner? Then you might just be our new favorite in the team.

We are looking for our new Inside Sales colleague to further consolidate our strong customer centricity ambition in the Swedish market. You will be our customer experience ambassador towards our IT-reseller partners throughout Sweden.
The role will require a high level of customer engagement when handling various tasks for our partner customers – particularly in terms of incoming as well as outgoing calls. You will be handling topics related to orders, partner portal structures, CRM data, customer events, office administration and technical trainings. All with the aim of facilitating our team’s engagement with the market.

Being a hungry sales organization we pursuit every day new leads and opportunities. You must be comfortable doing telemarketing activities towards our potential end customers, introducing us, our services and book meetings for our account managers.
Furthermore you will be first point of contact for our incoming leads/contacts from the market. This means you will be calling out and clarifying further the potential of the lead and ensure the lead gets efficiently processed in our lead handling process.

You would be appointed also SalesForce Champion, gathering expert knowledge on SalesForce supporting the team. As such having experience in using SalesForce would indeed be a very positive pre-requisite.
You will be working in a sales team of nine hard working professionals who set pride in succeeding while having an enjoyable time together with their colleagues. Many processes in the team will pivot around you – your colleagues will rely on you and appreciate your enthusiastic engagement – your ability to blend with the team and add energy is crucial.

The position can be summarized as the following:

Providing inbound and outbound sales coordination and support towards identified sales channels
Execution of campaigns and other agreed sales activities towards identified sales channels
Building and maintaining standard sales solution and process’s for the sales teams and identified channels
Managing sales leads (lead generation, recording and classification)
Actively cooperating with the relevant internal and external stakeholders
Managing minor reclamations independently
Maintaining and updating the CRM data and providing up to date sales reports and statistics
Managing office administration
